Bolivar Election Results are in!
The polls closed at 7 p.m. for the May 16, 2023, City of Bolivar election and the unofficial results are in. The results will be certified by the election commission in the coming weeks.
The unofficial results are:
District A, Position 1
Caroline Miller – 109
Carol B. Spinks (incumbent) – 65
District A, Position 2
Larry McKinnie (incumbent) – 149
Donnell Polk Jr. – 25
District B, Position 1
Todd N. Lowe (incumbent) – 194
Gwenda Woods – 48
District B, Position 3
Christopher Lee Williams – 208
The Bolivar City Mayor’s position and the remaining Bolivar City Council positions will be up for election in 2025.
