Bolivar Rotary Club Presents Scholarships to Recipients
The Bolivar Rotary Club presented Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) 2023 graduates Kaylee Bryant and Kolby Lindsey as the Bolivar Rotary Club Scholarship recipients for 2023. Both students were presented with $1,000 each for winning.
Kaylee Bryant plans to attend the University of Memphis.
Kolby Lindsey plans to attend Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
For scholarship consideration, Bryant and Lindsey both submitted an essay that answered the question, “Why I am the best recipient of the Rotary Scholarship”, and were judged on their academic achievement and community service. The Rotary Club Scholarship has been given to Bolivar area students for more than 30 years.
