Obituary: Robert Dale Reaves
Robert Dale Reaves was born August 18, 1961 to the late Rosevelt Reaves and Jeanette Groves. He departed this life, Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
His funeral service will be held at new Mt. Pleasant MB Church-Middleton on Saturday April 13, 2024, at 1 p.m. with Reverend George Beauregard in charge. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery-Saulsbury and Dixie Funeral Home is in charge of the professional service.
Robert graduated from Bolivar Central High School.
He professed Christ as his Lord and Savior at Zion Temple #1.
Robert had a great work ethic and retired from Thyssenkrupp Elevator.
He enjoyed riding his four wheeler, cutting the grass, and hanging out with family.
Robert Dale was preceded in death by his father, Rosevelt Reaves; one brother, Pokey Reaves; son, Shondale Reaves; and granddaughter, Caylee Golden.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Abigail Reaves of Tiplersville, Mississippi; his loving mother, Jeanette Groves of Middleton, Tennessee; sons, Christopher Reaves, Paul (Tanaka) Carter, and Juni (Terra) Carter; daughters, Ashely (Juwan) Golden and Kelisha (Andrew) Beckwith; brother, Maurice (KiKi) Reaves; sister, Antonette Reaves; twenty grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
