Town of Whiteville Meeting – June 2024 {video}
The Town of Whiteville met for its regular monthly meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Some of the items on the agenda included:
- Reading and Approval of Minutes
- Comments from Citizens: Antioch Missionary Baptist Church representative
- Old Business: Second reading of the Strategic Plan; basketball court; and health insurance
- New Business: Resolution amendment and first reading of the Budget Committee recommendations
- Officer, staff, and board member reports
- Notices/Meetings/Activities: Football camp and Juneteenth celebration.
