Obituary: Keith Adams

Keith Adams ~ January 7, 1957 – July 25, 2024 (age 67)

Keith Adams, a dedicated factory worker who retired from Glasteel, Inc in Moscow, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, in Bolivar, Tennessee. Private family only services will be held at a later date. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar is in charge of arrangements.  He was born on January 7, 1957, in Joliet, Illinois.

Keith was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his job. He spent many years at Glasteel Inc, where he built lasting relationships with his colleagues and made valuable contributions to the company.

Outside work, Keith had a variety of interests that brought him joy. He particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing, cooking and camping. These hobbies allowed him to connect with nature and spend quality time with his loved ones. Keith was a devoted Christian who was raised in the Baptist church.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents, William Bert Adams and Rosie Nell Russell Adams. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Adams and sister, Deborah Adams.

He is survived by his loving children, Kassi Boland and Cody of Holly Springs, Mississippi (daughter), and Jared Adams and Madason of Oakland (son), Luke Adams of Eva (son); stepfather, Gerald Sykes of Bolivar; brother, Ross Adams of Bolivar; sisters, Marilyn Russell and Barry of Bolivar, Samantha Howell and Timmy of Middleton, Sara Reiss and Drew of Nashville, and Susie Ross and Jeremy of Bolivar. Keith is also survived by two grandchildren who brought him immense joy during his lifetime.

Keith Adams will be remembered for his hardworking nature, kind heart, and love for his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
