Total Transformation Marks Three Years of Promoting Health Awareness

For three years and counting, Total Transformation has promoted health awareness of one’s mind, body, and spirit under the direction of Mellissa McTizic, a certified personal trainer. That accomplishment was celebrated on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Farmers Market in Downtown Bolivar with more than 300 people in attendance.

The theme this year was “Fitness No Age, No Color, No Gender” with demonstrations of line dancing, and guest performances by the Flammin’ Gems and the Bolivar Youth Athletics (BYA) Pee Wee Cheer Squad.

Ms. Mctizic also recognized breast cancer awareness survivors. She simply described the evening.

“We had a blast,” said Ms. McTizic, who shared her continued commitment to promoting health awareness. “We are moving forward into our fourth year and I am looking forward to the challenge!”
