If your child will use the Tennessee Promise scholarship in the spring as a new or returning student, they can volunteer at one or more of those locations to satisfy the community service hour requirement. Don’t wait until the last minute. Tennessee Promise hours for spring 2025 students must be completed by Monday, December 2, 2024.

Carriage House Bakery & Bazaar { 103 West Market Street, Bolivar 38008 } Holiday Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Complimentary cupcakes and punch will be served. Support local vendors and get into the holiday spirit.
Sheltons Flowers & Gifts { 1316 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008 } is holding a Christmas Open House from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Christmas at the Crossroads family event Sip & Shop will be held at the Middleton Community Center { 400 South Main Street, Middleton, 38052 } from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. You can preview vendors and shop. The FFA will be selling hot chocolate.
The Bolivar Central High School Tigers head to Covington to play a second playoff round towards the championship AT 7 p.m.
Take in a movie at the Luez Theater { 219 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008 } where The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is being shown on the big screen at 7 p.m. Synopsis: The Herdmans are six siblings who have a reputation for being the worst kids in the world. However, when they take over the local church pageant during the holidays, they just might teach a shocked community the true meaning of Christmas.

Christmas at the Crossroads family event will be held at the Middleton Community Center { 400 South Main Street, Middleton, 38052 } from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can shop vendors and shop. There will be a Meet & Greet with Santa from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and with special guests from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Bolivar Business Summit will be held at The Timbers { 500 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008 } from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Unlock your business potential. Registration is free for business owners.
Take in a movie at the Luez Theater { 219 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008 } where The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is being shown on the big screen at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The Hardeman County Arts Council { 1580 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008 } presents Kyndle Wylde in Concert at 7 p.m. There are just a few remaining tickets that will be sold at the door.
