CDBG Grant Awarded to City of Bolivar
“This grant will provide key funding to strengthen fire protection services and keep our community safe. TBI Releases Update on Hardeman County Shooting
The TBI has confirmed that the incident started as a domestic situation in which two women were shot at the initial location. Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene with an infant in the vehicle, leading to a pursuit and an exchange of gunfire with a THP trooper. { read article }

Hardeman County’s Election Results are In!
There were 9,445 ballots cast and the unofficial results are in. The results will be certified by the election commission in the coming weeks. { read article }

Pleasant Run Fall Fling Brings Disc Golf Fun and Raises Funds
The event was a fundraiser to help purchase new disc golf baskets that will enable the City of Bolivar Parks and Recreation Department to expand its current offering from a permanent 12-hole course to an 18-hole course. { read article }
