Community Thanksgiving Dinner Brings Out Helping Hands to Serve

Community leaders, Ben Ayris of Ayris Law Firm, Michelle Griffin of Michelle’s Magical Treasure, and County Commissioners Michion E. Gatlin and Bethany Miller teamed up to provide a Thanksgiving meal to area residents on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The leaders were joined by many “helping hands” to assist in serving the people, who came to enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal.

“We’d like to express a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to all of the volunteers who helped to make this happen,” said Commissioner Miller speaking for all of the community leaders.

The Community Thanksgiving meal was held at Michelle’s Magical Treasure in Bolivar.
