Bolivar Awards 2024 Christmas Parade Float Winners
The City of Bolivar held its annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 4, 2024. The parade started at Bolivar Central High School, traveled up Market Street and finished at Courthouse Square at the amphitheater. Along the course of the parade, Hardeman County residents lined the streets as the colorful, decorative, and creative floats rode by and riders threw candy to the delight of the children, and some adults.
On Thursday, December 12, 2024, at City Hall, the winners of the Christmas Parade float contest were presented with their prizes. The winners are as follows.
1st Place: Clark Engineering & Utility Solutions won $500 with a theme of “Winter Wonderland”
2nd Place: Pine Meadows Health Care won $400 with a theme of “Rollin’ Through the Decades”
3rd Place: Candy Cane Trolley won $300 with a theme of “Candy Cane”
4th Place: West Tennessee Transport (Santa) won $200 with a theme of “Santa”,
5th Place: Hardeman County Democratic Party won $100 with a theme of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”
