Pocahontas’ Kallie Wilbanks Inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society

Kallie Wilbanks of Pocahontas is one 240 Northeast Mississippi Community College students recently welcomed to the Iota Zeta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society during its Spring 2025 induction. The ceremony was held on Monday, February 15, 2025, in the Claude Wright Room of the Haney Union on the Booneville college campus.
To be eligible for membership in the Northeast Iota Zeta chapter, a student must have completed at least 12 hours of coursework with a cumulative 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and be a full-time student at the college.
In December 2024, Kallie was one of 517 Northeast Mississippi Community College students who achieved a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5-3.9 on a 4.0 scale for the 2024 fall semester. That achievement earned her being named to the college’s distinguished Vice-President’s List.
