Middleton’s Tiger Pride High, Lady Tigers Win Basketball District Championship
The Middleton High School basketball Lady Tigers returned home 1A District 13 champions after beating the Humboldt High School Lady Vikings 46-43. The district final game was held at West Carroll High School in Atwood on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
The MHS Lady Tigers started playing this week in the district semi-finals, also held at West Carroll, on Monday, February 24, 2025. They played the Halls High School Lady Tigers and finished the night out winning 59-37. The win against Halls led them to battling against Humboldt for the title. Congratulations to the MHS Lady Tigers!
The MHS Tigers play its district championship game tonight against Humboldt at West Carroll at 7:30 p.m.
Both teams begin the first round of regional play in Middleton with the Lady Tigers on Friday, February 28, 2025, and the Tigers on Saturday, March 1, 2025. Both times are TBD and will be updated soon.
