Isabella Milford to Study Nursing at Blue Mountain Christian University

Isabella Grace Milford, a 2025 graduate from Middleton High School (MHS), has been accepted into the Blue Mountain Christian University (BMCU) School of Nursing’s fall 2025 baccalaureate program. Isabella, who was also a Middle College student while at MHS, graduated in May from Jackson State Community College with an associate’s degree in arts.

Accomplishments such as Isabella has achieved have not gone unnoticed and resulted in her being awarded several scholarships. Isabella has been awarded the Davis Scholarship, Lorene Jacobs Scholarship, Middleton Civitan Club Scholarship, Quinco Scholarship, Tri-State Scholarship, and the BMCU Academic Excellence Scholarship.

Isabella continues to BMCU following her sister, Lauren, a 2021 MHS graduate, who is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education at the university.

While a student at MHS, Isabella gave back to her community by volunteering with several organizations, which included the Middleton Food Distribution, Hardeman County Election Commission, and the Middleton Community Library, among others.

“I am grateful for everyone who has helped me along the way and for the opportunities to serve through community organizations,” said Isabella. “I especially want to thank my church family, Middleton First Baptist, for their love and support.”
