Grand Junction Mayor Lane Presented with Fire Grant Check

Hardeman County Mayor Todd Pulse and Representative Johnny Shaw presented Grand Junction Mayor Curtis Lane with a $19,970.33 check for its City fire department from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance on Monday, September 29, 2025. The City of Grand Junction was the recipient of the grant which was awarded to fire departments and rescue squads across the state to help with equipment and training purposes.

Mayor Pulse and Representative Shaw attended the Grand Junction City Hall ribbon cutting ceremony during which they presented the check. Earlier this month, Mayor Pulse presented checks to the mayors of the City of Middleton and the Town of Saulsbury during their monthly board meetings.
