Bolivar Bicentennial Event: Bolivar BBQ Blowout & Music Festival will be held at the Farmers Market. Can Will Be Que BBQ defend their 2024 titles?
Bolivar Bicentennial Event: Historic Walking Home Tours will be held at St. James Church, the Polk Cemetery, and The Pillars from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Hardeman Adoptable Animals is holding the 20th Annual March of the Dogs Parade and Pet Costume Contest. Parade registration will be at Vaughan Oil {913 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008} at 10 a.m. All are invited to walk in the parade. The contest will be at Bolivar Court Square at 11 a.m.
Middleton Elementary School { 180 Robin Court, Middleton, 38052 } is holding a harvest festival from 11 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. There will be food, fun, games, a haunted house, a country store, and a silent, and at 5 p.m. a live auction will be held.
Bolivar VFW Post 2949 {323 East Market Street, Bolivar, 38008} is holding a Fish Fry from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Bolivar Bicentennial Event: Carnival on the Green will be at the Courthouse Square Green Space from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Stockdale’s Howl-o-ween Pet Costume Contest will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop by the store { 1675 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008 } and have your pet’s picture taken by a Stockdale’s team member. All pictures will be shared on the Facebook. The pet that receives the most reactions will receive a $25 Stockdale’s gift card and be placed in a drawing to win a $250 Stockdale’s gift card. Voting opens on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12 p.m. CST and closes on Sunday, November 2, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
Hatchie Baptist Church {11545 Powell Chapel Road, Hornsby, 38044} Fall Festival will be held from 4 p.m. tp 8 p.m. Come enjoy a fish fry with al the trimming at 5 p.m. and games for the children and a hayride.
Take in a movie at the Luez Theater {219 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008} where Regretting You is showing on the big screen at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Synopsis: “Based on the bestselling book, REGRETTING YOU introduces audiences to Morgan Grant (Allison Williams) and her daughter Clara (Mckenna Grace) as they explore what’s left behind after a devastating accident reveals a shocking betrayal and forces them to confront family secrets, redefine love, and rediscover each other. The Middleton High School {138 Florida Avenue, Middleton, 38052} Haunted School is being held in support of the Tigers baseball team at the batting cage building from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is $10. Concessions with chili, hot dogs, nachos, and drinks will be sold.
