Take in a movie at the Luez Theater {219 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008} where Soul On Fire is showing on the big screen at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Synopsis: “A tragic accident leaves nine-year-old John O’Leary with burns covering 100% of his body. He soon embarks on a miraculous road to recovery with support from family, the community, and baseball announcer Jack Buck. Grateful for the gift of life, John becomes a motivational speaker who inspires millions of people to make the world a better place.” The movie is one hour and 30 minutes.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2025
The Bolivar Church of Christ {1018 West Market Street, Bolivar 38008} will celebrate its 100 year anniversary featuring guest speaker Ray Wilson, former minister. Bible Study will be at 9:30 a.m. with worship service to follow at 10:30 a.m. All guests will be treated afterwards to a fellowship meal at 12 p.m.
