Bolivar Ford Makes Food Donation to Loaves and Fishes
Bolivar Ford participated in the “Fill a Ford” project to help impact lives and made a generous food donation to the Hardeman County Loaves and Fishes. The local dealership joined others from across the country in the Ford Global Dealer family’s “Fill a Ford. Help Impact Lives” initiative to fight against hunger by filling a vehicle with kindness and food.
The dealership collected canned goods and non-perishable foods items from customers and employees. The Bolivar Walmart also contributed flats of canned goods and other items to the effort. The donations Loaves and Fishes received will go directly to Hardeman County families in need with food for short-term assistance. So far this year, the non-profit organization has seen more than 150 boxes go to families in Hardeman County. In a typical year, that number grows to more than 200 food boxes being distributed to families with a higher number during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons.
