Entire Bolivar Lady Tigers Volleyball Team Recognized for Academics in District 14AA
Along with the Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) Lady Tigers volleyball team winning the District 14AA Volleyball Runners-up title, the entire team was also named to the 2025 District 14AA Volleyball All District Academic team. That is a commendable accomplishment for an entire team of players.
While volleying on the court, the Lady Tigers players also balanced successfully managing their academics off the court. Named to the All Academic team are BCHS Lady Togers Ke’ Shiyah Allen, Alexa Baskins, Kadea Bolyard, Katelann Borden, Emma Bruce, Addison Gay, Springlynn Griggs, Lillie Hickey, Morgan Houston, Londyn Lindsay, Madison Malone, Tanley Moore, Charley Kate Morris, Maggie Morris, Brooklyn Murphy, Mollie Nuckolls, Amira Northern, Marissa Overton, Alexus Prewitt, Tori Sipes, Libby Smith, Emma Thurmond, and Aubrey Wells. All athletes maintained grade point averages between 3.0 and 4.0.
Some of the players from Haywood High School were also named to the team. Congratulations to all who made the All District Academic team!
