The City of Bolivar held its monthly City Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2025. Present were City Council members Michael Brown, Todd Lowe, Larry McKinnie, Caroline Miller, Suzanne Rhea, Chris Williams, Tommie Woods, and Mayor Julian McTizic. Melvin Golden was absent.
