Between now and November 30, 2025, any Hardeman County resident who has their dog or cat spayed or neutered at Old Hatchie Veterinary Clinic in Bolivar has a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card from the Hardeman Adoptable Animals.
Volunteer this week. There are several places in Hardeman County for you to lend a hand. Please let us know if any updates should be made to our volunteer/community service page.
The FAFSA is now open. If you have a student (or you) attending college post high school, be sure to complete the form.

Hardeman County Commissioners Chandra Lake and Cory Bufford are holding a Town Hall meeting at the Whiteville Municipal Center {151 East Main Street, Whiteville, 38075} at 6 p.m.

Parrans Chapel Baptist Church {9400 Old Highway 64, Bolivar, 38008} will serve a free hot meal at 5:30 p.m.
Bolivar Central High School Lady Tigers basketball plays away against Milan High School at 6 p.m.
Middleton High School basketball plays away against Jackson Southside High School at 6 p.m.

November 19 2025
The West Tennessee Healthcare Satellite Clinic will stop at the Tractor Supply Co. and Dollar Tree parking lot {1361 West Market Street, Bolivar, 38008} from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It offers free primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment services. Walk-ins are accepted or you may call (731) 541-1600 to make an appointment.

Women on Wisdom presents Drum Dancing at the Middleton Community Library {110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052} at 11:30 a.m. Please bring your own exercise ball, drumsticks, and bucket, which are also used in the Cardio Drumming class.
Senior Spark will be held at the Middleton Community Library {110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052} at 12 p.m.
Teen Film Club: Wicked will be held at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library {213 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008} at 3:30 p.m.
Board Game Night will be held at the Middleton Community Library {110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052} at 4 p.m. Games will be provided. A LEGO table will also be set up. Drinks and snacks are provided. You just bring yourself!
