County Offices: Delayed Opening Tuesday, February 3
Update 2/3/26: NOTICE: Hardeman County Landfill will be closed today, February 3rd, 2026, due to scale malfunction. We will update you as soon as we can on when we will reopen. Thank you for your understanding.
The Hardeman County Courthouse and county offices will open tomorrow at a delayed time of 10am. This also includes Lone Oaks, Extension Office, Landfill, Chancery, Circuit and General Sessions Offices. There will be NO General Sessions Court tomorrow. It has been postponed until Friday February 6 at the regular scheduled time.
The Hardeman County Health Department will reopen on Wednesday at 8am regular scheduled time.
At this time Middleton, Pocahontas, Toone and Whiteville Convenient Centers will also open at 10am. We are working to get the remaining centers open this week starting Thursday.
I am sorry for any inconvenience but we are trying to open as quickly and safely as possible.
Continue to pray for the ones without power. And Thank You to linemen who are out risking their lives to restore services.
