Public Notice: Commission to Conduct Public Comment Hearing Related to Limestone Water Utility Rate Case

Nashville, Tennessee – Tennessee Public Utility Commission officials will hold a public meeting regarding the implementation of Phase 2 of the general rate increase approved for Limestone Water Utility Company on April 15, 2025, by the Commission in Docket No. 24-00044. The public is encouraged to attend and offer input.
Who: Tennessee Public Utility Commission
What: Hearing to receive public comment on Phase 2 of the rate increase previously approved for Limestone Water Utility Company in TPUC Docket 24-00044 and other matters of concern.
When: Thursday, March 26, 2026, 3:00pm – 6:00pm (CDT)
Where: The Lodge at Pickwick Landing State Park, Magnolia Room A; 120 Playground Loop, Counce, Tennessee, 38326.

Members of the public may also file written comments electronically at TPUC Online Public Comment Form or by sending an email to contact.tpuc@tn.gov with a reference to Docket 24-00044 in the subject line of the email.
In addition, a hearing on the merits of the petition is expected to be held 10:00 a.m. on April 28, 2026, in Hearing Room G.201 located on the Ground Floor of theAndrew Jackson State Office Building, 500 Deaderick Street, Nashville, Tennessee. The public will have an opportunity to comment during the hearing.
