Obituary: Lester Leroy Crafton, Sr.
Lester Leroy Crafton, Sr, was born November 10, 1950. He died March 22, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Amy Sargent Crafton, of almost 53 years. He is also survived by two children, Lester Crafton, Jr and Lori Crafton Cherry (Mark), one granddaughter, Haley Grace Cherry, a sister, Charlotte Crafton Dennison (Phillip) and precious nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Lester was a farmer and loved being outside in his garden. He could strike up a conversation with anyone he met. Mr. Crafton was a Mason. He loved tractor-pulls and meeting new people. He never met a stranger he didn’t like.
Preceding him in death was his father, James “Herbert” Crafton, mother, Geneva Ferge Crafton and brother, James Herman Crafton.
