Hardeman County Master Gardeners to Host Plant, Bake Sale & Kids Activity April 25

Gardeners and community members alike are invited to attend the Hardeman County Master Gardeners’ annual Plant & Bake Sale on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the UT/TSU Extension Office, located at 210 Vildo Road in Bolivar.

This year’s event will feature a wide selection of high-quality plants, including beautiful hanging baskets, flowering annuals and perennials, as well as a variety of vegetables and herbs—perfect for spring planting. In addition to plants, attendees can also enjoy a delicious assortment of homemade baked goods available for purchase.

Families are encouraged to attend, as there will be a special area set up just for children to plant their own seed-starting pot—providing a fun, hands-on learning experience for young gardeners.

The sale offers a great opportunity to receive expert gardening advice from trained Master Gardeners while selecting plants suited for local growing conditions. Whether you are starting your first garden or adding to an established landscape, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Proceeds from the Plant & Bake Sale help support the Hardeman County Master Gardeners Association and educational outreach efforts throughout Hardeman County.

For more information, contact the UT/TSU Extension Office at 731-658-2421.

Come early for the best selection, a sweet treat, and a fun activity for the kids while supporting your local Master Gardeners!
