Obituary: Kasyn Doyle

Kasyn Doyle, lovingly known as “Little Man,” passed away on October 16, 2026, in Bolivar, Tennessee. He was born on September 16, 2018, in Memphis, Tennessee, and lived his whole life in Hardeman County. In his eight short years, Kasyn filled the lives around him with joy, laughter, and a love that will be treasured always.

Kasyn was a 2nd grade student and a very smart kid whose bright personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He would do anything, and from an early age he showed a remarkable spirit and curiosity about the world around him. At just 3 years old, he learned to drive a trac-hoe, a memory that speaks to his fearless nature and the spark that made him so special.

He loved being outside and found happiness in the simple and sweet things that made life fun, including any type of chewing gum. Kasyn also had a tender and thoughtful side. He loved taking notes and drawing pictures to give to the girls at church, where he was affectionately known as a “ladies man.” Those small gifts and kind gestures reflected the warmth in his heart and the joy he found in making others smile.

Above all else, Kasyn loved his family, especially his sisters. He shared a close relationship with Kynzlee Miller and Nora-Kate “Little Bit” Doyle, and he was deeply protective of them. The bond they shared was one of love, companionship, and devotion, and that love will remain a lasting part of his family’s memories.

He is survived by his father, Zack Doyle, and his mother, Beth Doyle, who loved him beyond measure. He also leaves behind his sisters, Kynzlee Miller and Nora-Kate “Little Bit” Doyle; his paternal grandparents, Robin and Ronnie Doyle; his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Irene Miller; and his paternal great-grandmother, Sue Thearp. He is also lovingly remembered by his aunts and uncles, including Alyssa Burnette and Josh, Ella Baker, Joseph Miller and Kassandra, Gabby Miller, and Mandy and Cory Kennedy; by his cousins, Isaac and Callahan Miller; and by Terry Baker, his honorary grandparent and several other cousins special to him. Each of them carries forward the memory of his bright smile, loving heart, and unforgettable spirit.

Kasyn was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Eugene and Hattie Smith; his paternal great-grandfather, Robert Thearp; paternal great grandfather,  William Powell Doyle and his great-aunt, Gwen Faulk.

Though his life was brief, Kasyn’s days were full of love, personality, and moments that will never be forgotten. He will be remembered for his smart mind, his adventurous spirit, his protective love for his sisters, and the happiness he brought to his family, church, and community. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love him.
