HAA Pet of the Week: Meet Wallis
Wallis, a German Shepherd mix, came into our care after he was hit by a car. The impact fractured his hip and he was put on strict crate rest. His hip is healed now and you would never know he had been injured!
Wallis is a sweet fluff ball of a boy. He likes walks and hanging out in the sun in the run yard. Sometimes he is more timid around new men, but with some treats he can be won over. Wallis is an easy-going boy who would love someone to take him home and out of the shelter!
Wallis is three years old weighs about 60 pounds.
If you would like to adopt Wallis or another pet, please complete the application form.

All adoption donations include rabies shot, spay/neuter, and core vaccinations. The shelter does not have cats, so we typically do not know how the dogs are with cats. All breeds are guesses. If the dog is heartworm positive, the shelter will provide treatment once the dog is in your home. Please e-mail the HAA at haa.shelter@gmail.com for an application or stop by the shelter during open hours. Thank you for considering giving a rescue dog a new life!
