Shelter Makes Urgent Plea for Help During Cold Weather

Hardeman Adoptable Animals shelter in Bolivar is currently overcrowded with some dogs being housed outside. The dogs need an indoor place during the extremely cold weather coming up this week.

If you can foster and give a dog a warm place for just a few days, you will be their hero!
