BCHS Kicks Off Homecoming Day with Parade and Pep Rally {video}

Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) Tiger Pride paraded through the streets of Bolivar on the afternoon of Friday, September 23, 2022, for the annual BCHS Homecoming Parade. There were people lined up along Market and Main Streets downtown cheering for the students as they rode by on decorated flatbed trucks and other vehicles that displayed their tiger pride.

Along with the current students, there will be a number of BCHS alumni returning tonight to cheer for the BCHS football players.

The BCHS Tigers will play the Craigmont High School Chiefs out of Memphis at 7 p.m. in Bolivar. The message from the BCHS HOSA was “Now Showing Claw the Chiefs! Grab your popcorn, the Tigers are going to put on a show”.

The BCHS Homecoming Courts were presented as follows:

Senior Court: Kendall Adkins, Madison Boatwright, Becca Bryant, and Sadie Fry

Junior Court: Alana Clark and Jaycee Watkins

Sophomore Court: Ja’Kayla Polk and Rihanna Robinson

Freshmen Court: Ke’Shiyah Allen and Meredith Whitfield

The homecoming queen will be announced tonight during the game.
