Be Bold, Live Healthy – 5K Run and Walk Held in Bolivar

Before the race, participants warmed up with line dancing exercises.

This past weekend, Total Transformation held its “Be Bold, Live Healthy – 5K Run and Walk”. The event began at Bolivar Elementary School with participants running or walking their way along the 5K route through Bolivar. Several vendors, with a focus on healthy living, were also set up in support of the event.

The Chamber of Commerce celebrated with a ribbon cutting.

In Hardeman County, Total Transformation is becoming synonymous with healthier and active living as it has promoted awareness of one’s mind, body, and spirit since its founding more than one year ago.

Jared Miller was the first one across the finish line.
The first three race finishers were (l to r): Jared Miller – 1st Place, Rochard Weaver – 2nd Place, and Ramon Joy – 3rd Place.

Total Transformation, your community connection to fitness, offers line dancing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. at the Bolivar Municipal Center, which are free to attend.
