Bolivar City Council Meeting – October 2022 {video}

The Bolivar City Council met for its monthly meeting on Monday, October 3, 2022. Some items that were covered:

Bolivar BBQ Blowout will be held October 21-22. Twenty-five professional teams and 10 backyard teams are expected to compete.
Southwest Human Resources Agency is interested in renting the new Neighbor Hub building when the remodel is complete in July 2023.
Approval to open a bank account for Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP) funds used to purchase land and infrastructure for new industrial park on Highway 64.
Approval of Resolution 22-10: Authorizing the city to apply for Site Development Grant for County Industrial Park located in the city limits of Bolivar.
Councilman Dylan Hill has accepted a new position as the City of Bolivar Community Development and Tourism Director.
