Bolivar Lady Tigers Win District 14AA Volleyball Runners-up
The Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) Lady Tigers took to the court for the championship title of Division I Class AA District title against the Lakeland Preparatory Lady Lions, which was held on their home court on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Both teams won tournament play at BCHS with the Lady Tigers (3-1) against the Haywood High School Tomcats and the Lady Lions (3-0) against the Bolton Wildcats on Monday, October 6, 2025.
The Lakeland Preparatory Lady Lions won in three sets against the BCHS Lady Tigers with 25-7, 25-17, and 25-13. Although the BCHS Lady Tigers did not take the championship, they did place as runner-ups! A major accomplishment for the BCHS) Lady Tigers volleyball team was all players being named to the 2025 District 14AA Volleyball All District Academic team.
Other players recognitions included BCHS Lady Tigers Madison Malone, Charley Kate Morris, and Mollie Nuckolls being named to the 2025 District 14AA Volleyball All District Team and BCHS Lady Tigers Madison Malone and Charley Kate Morris being named to the 2025 Volleyball All Tournament Team.
