Bolivar Students, Haddix, Kearney, and Lake, Attend ALStar Summit

Bolivar Central High School students, Ja’Caitlin Lake, Kiersten Haddix and Tahja Kearney, attended the fifth annual WestStar African American Youth Leadership Summit – known as ALStar – on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Jan. 29The event was held on the main campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
The summit was designed for African-American high school students in West Tennessee who have talent and potential but lack the encouragement or resources to take their talents to the next level.
