Chris Williams Announces Run for Bolivar City Council

I am excited and proud to announce my candidacy for City Council, District B, Position 3 in West Bolivar.

With this announcement come many prayers and conversations with my family, friends, community stakeholders, clergy members, and the citizens of Bolivar. Being a father myself, I think Bolivar is a wonderful place to raise a family and put down roots. I genuinely believe Bolivar’s greatest asset is its people.

I am a veteran law enforcement professional with over 10 years of experience in city government and administration. My wife and I own and operate Southern Express Pharmacy and attend First Baptist Church Bolivar. We actively support the Hardeman County Chamber of Commerce and several charitable and non-profit organizations in Bolivar and throughout Hardeman County.

As a dedicated public servant, local business owner, and resident of Bolivar, I want to serve our community in a greater capacity and be a voice for EVERYONE. I am eager to work with the mayor and council on making Bolivar an even better place to work, play, and call home.

I would appreciate your support, prayers, and vote in the upcoming election.

Thank You!

Early voting is Wednesday, April 26, through Thursday, May 11, 2023. Election Day is Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
