City of Middleton Swears in Newly Elected Leadership

On Monday, December 16, 2024, Judge Harriet Thompson swore in the City of Middleton’s newly elected leadership, which included five aldermen and a mayor. Incumbent Mayor Evan Mott and incumbent Aldermen Ann Baxter, Randal Bishop, and Sharon Bishop, along with new aldermen J R (Slick) Johns, and Brandon Allan Johnson were elected by the citizens of Middleton in November to manage the town. The Mayor and Aldermen served over their first City of Middleton meeting in their new positions on Monday.

Prior to the November 2024 election, Mayor Evan Mott and Aldermen Ann Baxter, Randal Bishop, Sharon Bishop, David Bo Callahan, and Kevin Speck served the City.
