Free Excel Classes Offered at UT Somerville

Needing help with Excel? Free classes are starting in February at UT Martin Somerville Center!

The University of Tennessee is offering free Microsoft Excel and employment soft skill training through the UT Martin Centers located in Jackson, Parsons, Ripley, Selmer, and Somerville.

This USDA-Rural Business funded program will be offered to the first 40 registrants. Program participants will be required to attend all sessions that will be conducted on the following Fridays: February 10, 17, and 24, and March 3, and 10.

The soft skills training will be conducted from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the Excel course will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

UT Extension staff will conduct the soft skills training. Condensed Curriculum International will provide the Excel training and provide a $100 voucher to persons who complete the program desiring to take the Excel Certification Exam.
