Grand Junction Library Presenting 4-Part Dementia Series

The Grand Junction Library is hosting a 4-Part Series on Dementia, which will be presented by Sara Skinner, Dementia Navigator for the Hardeman County Health Department. The series will be once a month through December 2025.
The series began on Thursday, September 25, 2025, covering the following topic:
Part 1 – Normal aging vs. Dementia: Learning what signs to look for.
Upcoming topics are the following:
October 30, 2025, at 1 p.m.
Part 2 – Prepare for Your Care: Learn what you need to do to have your affairs (medical and financial) in order.
November 2025, Date and time to be announced later
Part 3 – Caregiver Survival Kit: What to know to make caregiving easier.
December 2025, Date and time to be announced later
Part 4 – Senior Spark: A time for the caregiver and person with dementia to come together for fun and games.
