Hardeman County Democrats Plan No Kings Protest in Bolivar

The Hardeman County Democratic Party has scheduled a No Kings Protest on Saturday, March  28, 2026, at 10:00am at the Bolivar Courthouse.

Information provided in the release states, “Our rights are being taken in front of our very eyes – and in this moment, our silence becomes permission. Freedoms were never handed to us – they were fought for, and won. For generations, our country’s communities have battled to secure fundamental freedom and dignity for all of us, and now President Trump is targeting, terrorizing, and destabilizing them. We refuse to allow him to rule like a dictator when we, the people, hold the true power. On March 28, residents of Hardeman County will join millions across the country to say loud and clear: No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. We’ll gather at the Courthouse in Bolivar at 10 a.m. so make sure to bring your friends and family to empower each other and help illustrate whose futures are on the line. Bring your own signs and chairs if you need to sit. This will be a peaceful protest.”

Participants are encouraged to contact Mrs. Meryl Rice at 731.609.3236 to register or register at the following link: www.mobilize.us/nokings/event/908701/
