Hardeman County Democrats to Elect Biden Delegates 

The Hardeman County Democratic Party will hold a county convention on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Whiteville Community Center, 151 West Main Street. The purpose of the convention is to elect eight selectors to the Saturday, April 6, 2024, Congressional District 8 convention that will be held in Jackson, Tennessee. From there, the selectors will vote for district delegates for Joseph R. Biden to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in August. Doors open at 11 a.m. for credentialing and will close at 12 p.m. 

All county convention attendees must complete an official credentials and pledge of support form. Those who wish to be selectors must have voted in the Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Democratic Presidential Primary and be able to attend the April 6 convention in Jackson. (Place and time to be announced.)

If you are interested in being a delegate to the Democratic National Convention, you should complete a declaration of candidacy form at tndp.org by Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 12 p.m.

All interested Democrats are invited to attend the county convention.
