Public Notice: Hardeman County Mayor’s Sale of Surplus Properties
The Hardeman County Mayor’s office will conduct a sale of the surplus properties in the county’s inventory on
Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 10 a.m.
The sale will be conducted online by GovEase via www.govease.com. Advertisement of the properties will begin Monday, October 28, 2024, on the GovEase website. A list of the properties may be accessed through the GovEase website. The Hardeman County Mayor’s office will also provide a list of the properties that can be e-mailed to prospective bidders or the list may be accessed for pick up at the office of the Hardeman County Mayor.
This sale is a final sale. Successful bidders will be issued a Quitclaim Deed for all properties purchased. The bidder shall be responsible for the recording of the Quitclaim Deed in the Hardeman County Register’s Office and for paying all recording fees.
Support is available on the GovEase website, including a tutorial for prospective bidders. Pre-bidding will commence three (3) days prior to the sale.
