POLITICS

A Hardeman County Mayoral Debate will take place on Thursday, July 7, at the Bolivar Municipal Center, 211 North Washington Street, in Bolivar. All candidates in the county’s general election have been invited to speak. It will begin at 7 p.m.

BUSINESS

Three-Way Grocery, 45 Old Highway 125, in Bolivar is under new management and will have a soft opening on Monday, July 4, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

EDUCATION

Registration for Camp Bolivar is still open. { read more }

COMMUNITY

The Grand Junction Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, July 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Laffayette Cotton Gin, 216 Highway 57 East Grand Junction. Seller spots are $5. Contact Donna Lane at (901) 827-7745 for more information.
