Invasive Insect Spotted in Tennessee

The Tennessee Department of Agriculture (TDA) has confirmed the detection of spotted lanternfly (SLF) in Davidson County. Tennessee is the 16th state to detect SLF since it was first discovered in Pennsylvania in 2014. {read article}

Hardeman County Woman Charged with Murder and Desecration of a Corpse After Human Remains Discovered

On Friday, September 8, 2023, while investigating a report of a missing person, detectives of the Olive Branch Police Department (OBPD) discovered what appeared to be human remains at a location on Bethel Road in Olive Branch. {read article}
