St. Mary Catholic Church Rummage Sale is being held to raise funds for HOPE House Shelter for Women and Children victims of domestic violence. Shoppers can expect to find just about everything from clothing and shoes to small appliances and furniture all at great bargain prices. The sale will be held on Saturday at the church from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 223 Mecklinburg Drive in Bolivar.
Meet the (BCHS) Tigers, the Boys of Fall, as the Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) football team kicks of the start of its 2022 season. Celebrate the team, purchase season passes, team souvenir caps and shirts, and more. The concession stand will be open and the event begins at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, on the football field.
