The Hatchie River Area Youth Soccer (HRAYS) association is kicking off its 2023 season with the HRAYS Soccer Funday on Friday, August 4, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The organization has offered recreational soccer to youth in Hardeman County and its surrounding areas for more than 20 years. Children ages four through 18 (registered high school student) are invited to register for the season. No previous soccer experience is needed and registration is open to players inside and outside of Middleton. {read more about the organization and how to register here}
Open Air on the Square features Devin Crutcher live in concert on Saturday, August 5th at the Historic Court Square Amphitheater, 100 Warren Street in downtown Bolivar. Start time 6:00 p.m. Showtime 8:00 p.m.
Music on the Square – This Friday night, Daniel McClain opens for Mississippi MOJO. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a free, family-friendly concert behind the Hardeman County Courthouse in Bolivar on Friday evening at 7 p.m. In the event of rain, Music on the Square will move to the Farmers Market Pavilion. {see the full Music on the Square schedule here}
Bolivar Central High School Volleyball Alumni Game – August 5, 2023, 5:00 p.m. at the Bolivar Central High School Gym. Admission is $2.00
Sound of Freedom (PG-13) is showing at the historic Luez Theater! Showtimes are Friday, August 4. 2023, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The box office opens one hour prior to showtime for ticket sales.
