Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (RATED PG) is showing at the historic Luez Theater! Showtimes are Friday, June 2, 2023, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The box office opens one hour prior to showtime for ticket sales.
Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters the Spider Society, a team of Spider-People charged with protecting the Multiverse’s very existence. But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must set out on his own to save those he loves most. Anyone can wear the mask – it’s how you wear it that makes you a hero.
Music on the Square features Bobby & Sue Bates and Early Roman Kings! Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a free, family-friendly concert behind the Hardeman County Courthouse in Bolivar on Friday evening at 7 p.m. In the event of rain, Music on the Square will move to the Farmers Market Pavilion. {see the full Music on the Square schedule here}
Open Air on the Square features Zsa Davis live in concert on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Court Square Amphitheater in Bolivar. The event begins at 6 p.m. with a schedule of a Greek group photo shoot at 7 p.m., concert at 8 p.m., and after party to be announced. The event is free.
