Shoppers can expect to find more than tomatoes at the county farmers markets. Some of the produce sold include cucumbers, corn, potatoes, greens, and peppers, as well as homemade baked goods, and jams and jellies, and more.

Volunteer and give back to your community at one of these locations this weekend (or during the week). If your child will use the Tennessee Promise scholarship in the spring as a new or returning student, they can volunteer at one or more of those locations to satisfy the community service hour requirement. Don’t wait until the last minute. Tennessee Promise hours for spring 2025 students must be completed by Monday, December 2, 2024.
