A Community Yard Sale is being held at the Laffayette Gin {216 Highway 57, Grand Junction, 38039} from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A permit is required to sell and may be obtained at the Grand Junction City Hall. Call (731) 764-2871 for more information.
Bolivar Bicentennial Event: History of Bolivar Exhibit will be at Bolivar City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Hardeman County Democratic Party (HCDP) will conduct the Primary Board Election at the upcoming Monthly Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Whiteville Community Center {151 West Main Street, Whiteville, 38075}. The Primary Board’s principal responsibility is to review and verify the Democratic eligibility and status of candidates seeking positions in the forthcoming elections.
The Baby Pantry will distribute diapers, wipes, formula, and so much more for littles at the Hardeman County Community Health Center Women’s and Children’s Center {629 Nuckolls Road, Bolivar, 38008} from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bolivar Bicentennial Event: Bicentennial Gala will be at Bolivar Municipal Center at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are required for entry.
Shackelford Funeral Home {109 West Mecklinburg Drive, Bolivar, 38008} is hosting a Retirement Party for Jeff and Kandy Shackelford, Drop in from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to congratulate them on their new journey. Please, no gifts.
