Last day for ACT early bird registration for the Saturday, October 18, 2025, exam. The Test Information Release option is available for the exam date.
The West Tennessee Healthcare Satellite Clinic will be at the parking lot of Food Rite {16240 U/S/ Highway 64, Somerville 38068} from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It offers free primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment service.
Computer Class will be held at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library {213 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008} at 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Drums Alive will be held at the Middleton Community Library {110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052} at 11 a.m. Registration is required. Call (731) 376-0680 to learn if space is still available.
Toone Elementary School {160 Neely Street, Toone, 38381} is holding a Grandparent’s Lunch for third grade students from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and for eighth grade students from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Senior Spark meets at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library {213 North Washington Street, Bolivar, 38008} at 12 p.m. Activities for those living with dementia/Alzheimer’s and their caregivers.
Middleton Community Library {110 Bolton Avenue, Middleton, 38052} is holding Book Club at 1 p.m. and discussing The Running Grave by Robert Galbraith. In October, the featured book will be Hard to Kill by James Patterson and Mike Lupica. In November, the featured book will be The Paris Liberty by Janet Skeslien Charles. Copies of all featured books are available to be checked out at the library.
Bolivar Central High School Tigers football plays at home against Ripley High School at 7 p.m.
Middleton High School Tigers volleyball plays at home against Humboldt High School at 7 p.m.
Take in a movie at the Luez Theater {219 North Main Street, Bolivar, 38008} where Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale is showing on the big screen at 7 p.m. Synopsis: “DOWNTON ABBEY: THE GRAND FINALE, the cinematic return of the global phenomenon, follows the Crawley family and their staff as they enter the 1930s. When Mary finds herself at the center of a public scandal and the family faces financial trouble, the entire household grapples with the threat of social disgrace. The Crawleys must embrace change as the staff prepares for a new chapter with the next generation leading Downton Abbey into the future.” The feature will be at the theater for two weeks.

Music on the Square happens on the Courthouse Square and features Bobby and Sue Bates opening at 7 p.m. for Mississippi MOJO, which takes the stage at 8 p.m.

Master Gardeners of Hardeman County through the Hardeman County Extension Office presents Ask a Master Gardener at Backermann’s Country Market {260 US-64, Whiteville, Tennessee 38075} from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Master Gardeners will be there to answer your gardening questions and you may learn about the 2026 Master Gardener program.
Grand Junction Farmers Market {216 Highway 57, Grand Junction, 38039} is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Middleton Fire Department is holding a BBQ Sale at the Simmons Bank {741 South Main Street, Middleton, 38052} parking lot from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Kimbrough Theatre Group presents I Hate to Love You at the Hardeman County Arts Center {1580 West Market Street, Bolivar 38008} at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets may be purchased online or one hour before each performance at the the Arts Center box office.
