HCAC to Hold Auditions for Disney’s Frozen JR.
UPDATED September 16, 2024: Audition dates added and virtual deadline extended.
Christmas is already on the minds at the Hardeman County Arts Council (HCAC) as it prepares to hold auditions for Disney’s Frozen JR. with three in-person dates as well as the option to try out virtually. Teenagers and children inside and outside of Hardeman County are encouraged to audition to be a part of a cast of people 18 years old and younger*, and not miss the opportunity to perform on the HCAC stage.
Auditions for Disney’s Frozen JR. will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 6 p.m., Thursday, September 12 and September 19, 2024, at 6 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10 a.m., and Sunday, September 15, 2024, at 2 p.m., at the HCAC, 1580 West Market Street in Bolivar, Tennessee. The production dates are Friday through Sunday, December 13-15, 2024.
Synopsis: A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Disney’s Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!
All people auditioning in person are asked to fill out the online form, bring their own music, and be prepared to sing. There will be a piano and a CD player available, but you are encouraged to bring your music on a mobile device. For people, who are unable to attend an audition, they may submit a virtual audition online through Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 9 a.m.
