Hog Addiction Takes It All at the Bolivar BBQ Blowout 2023

There were nine professional teams and six backyard teams that battled it out for cash prizes and trophies at the 3rd annual Bolivar BBQ Blowout and Music Festival on Friday and Saturday, October 27 – 28, 2023, with Hog Addiction winning top place in all of the professional divisions.

Professional teams competed in three divisions that included Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Whole Hog.

Professional Division: Ribs

3. Shotgun House Smokers
4. Poker Porkers
5. Swine Life BBQ

Professional Division: Pulled Pork

1. Hog Addiction
2. Poker Porkers
3. Smoke Masters BBQ
4. Sweet Swine of Mine
5. U Pigs

Professional Division: Whole Hog

1. Hog Addiction
2. Poker Porkers
3. Will Be Que BBQ
4. Swine Life BBQ
5. Fireside Smokers

Backyard teams competed in three divisions that included Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Chicken. United Pork Smokers took the Grand Champion Mayor’s Award home for 2023 in the Backyard competition.
