Josh Pulse Announces Run for Re-election as Assessor of Property
Submitted by Josh Pulse
I am proud and excited to seek re-election as the Hardeman County Assessor of Property. I am married to Lisa McMahan Pulse and we have three wonderful children, Lily age 17, Harper age 11, and Brier age 10. We attend First Baptist Church in Bolivar and my wife owns and operates a small business here.
I have been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society since I was seven years old in the local production of the Hee-Haw show. For the last 35 years, I have enjoyed serving and being a part of such a great show to raise money for the American Cancer Society. I have served on many local boards and been a member of many organizations including the Carl Perkins Center, Rotary, and the Hardeman County Chamber of Commerce. I bring 20+ years of real estate experience and knowledge to the table as well as being a small business owner myself. I know and understand what affects the values of property here in Hardeman County. I choose to raise my family here, I love and care deeply for this county, and I am proud to call it my home.
It is a tremendous honor to serve the great citizens of our county as your Assessor of Property. Our office has won many awards and received state wide recognition since 2012. I am incredibly blessed to be able to build upon the efforts of the assessors who served before me. I truly love my job, and I want to continue to serve as your assessor. This is not an easy job. It requires knowledge and experience in the field of mass appraisals. I have the knowledge and experience needed for the job, and I ask for your vote to continue to serve our county.
